However, the company is looking to create a path to liquidity and potentially access funding from the Canadian government. New Moly's project in Northwest BC, Canada, has already spent almost $200 million over the last 14 years and has a substantially permitted project. The company expects to finalize its definitive feasibility study by early 2024, with production slated to begin in 2027. Caruso states that demand forecasts for molybdenum show a projected compound annual growth rate of 2-4%, indicating a positive outlook for the metal's future demand.

Under the partnership, WNS will guarantee the indemnity saving for the insurance partner, which will encourage them to go into much bigger deployments more quickly.

Forum Energy Metals Corp plans to conduct drilling on its Nunavut uranium project, with a non-brokered private placement of up to $2 million US dollars. Dr. Rebecca Hunter, who previously supervised drilling on the project, will lead the exploration plans. The project focuses on unconformity-style uranium deposits, which are rare but highly prospective for uranium. The focus of the exploration program this year is infill drilling at Tadigac, while also exploring other areas, such as the NED and Bjorn grid. The drilling is set to take place in July, with geochemical results expected by September.

Drumz PLC to Acquire Acuity Risk Management: Plans to Grow the SAS Company in the $27Bn Industry
Drums plc is an investment company focused on building value in technology and has conditionally agreed to acquire Acuity Risk Management Limited, a supplier of governance risk compliance software and services, for approximately £3.6 million. The acquisition consideration will be satisfied by the payment of £0.5 million in cash and the issue of 45.7 million new shares. A conditional placing and subscription to raise £1.45 million will be completed by the issue of 32.2 million new ordinary shares at a price of 4.5 pence. Acuity's leading product, called Stream, is an award-winning software platform for managing risk to enable organizations to manage risk and improve decision-making. The market for Risk Management is large and estimated to grow to $27 billion by 2027. Drums is looking to grow its customer base, actively recruit and manage partners, and crack the North American market with the help of high-profile partners such as CGI, PA Consultants, MasterCard Risk Recon, and Security Scorecard. Drums plans to transform the value of the business in a three-to-five-year period and to improve Acuity's exploitation of opportunities through improved contract terms, pricing, SAS methods of charging, marketing, sales focus, and recruitment.
