    Premier African Minerals reports strong progress on spodumene plant upgrades, eyes Q2 commissioning Graham Hill (MD) reported good progress on installing the new spodumene flotation plant and making multiple upgrades to the existing processing plant. These include removing redundant sorters (which were causing bottlenecks and high maintenance costs), simplifying the conveyor system to a single stream, bypassing problematic thickeners and sumps/pumps, and installing a new tailings tank and electrical switchgear. The goal is greater reliability, simpler operations, better operability, and lower costs. Richard Deacon (now 8.55%, long-term private investor with strong confidence in the upside) and Indigo Capital (9.59%). Both bought on the open market with no desire for board influence.
