New equipment has increased mining capacity for high-grade copper ore, with trial shipments to the UK and Europe underway. A two-phase processing plant will be installed early in 2025, aiming for a production capacity of 24,000 tons of copper concentrate annually. Marula expects competitive profits with a production cost of $125/ton versus copper sales at current LME prices, with a forecast of three operational mines by year-end.
