First Development Resources: GAIP Survey Complete at Lander West In this interview, StockBox spoke to Tristan Pottas CEO First Development Resources (LSE: FDR) about rapid progress at the Selta project, where completed geophysics, fresh permitting milestones and funding applications are all feeding into near-term gold drilling at Lander West. The GAIP survey is now complete and, when combined with aeromagnetic, radiometric and historic geochemical data, has helped define multiple priority gold targets. The company has secured an environmental mining licence, is awaiting final authorisation to commence, and has applied for non-dilutive NT government co-funding to support drilling. Rare earths sampling returned strong anomalous results, while a drone magnetic survey is being lined up at Hawkshead to assess lithium-bearing pegmatite extensions near ITech’s discovery.
