First Development Resources Begins Maiden Deep Drilling at Lander West StockBox spoke with Tristan Pottas, CEO of First Development Resources, from the company’s Lander West Gold Target, where its phase-one reverse-circulation drilling programme has officially begun. Tristan discusses the encouraging geology observed during the opening holes, the mapping and sampling completed ahead of drilling, and the value being added by experienced geologist Dr David Rawlings. The company plans to drill up to 3,000 metres as it tests previously undrilled structures beneath cover on the Stafford Gold Trend. The programme is targeting a potential extension of the gold-antimony mineralised system identified by neighbouring explorers to the southeast. Drilling is expected to take approximately two to three weeks, with laboratory assay results anticipated within around three months of completion.
