Cadence Minerals' - Flagship Amapá Iron Ore Project & Investments Looking for 3-4x Returns #kdnc
Cadence Minerals invests in undervalued assets globally, with a focus on minerals and metals crucial for electrification and achieving a Net Zero world, such as lithium, rare earth metals, and iron ore. Investment in European Metals Holdings (EMH): Cadence invested early in EMH, which holds the largest lithium Hard Rock deposit in Europe, strategically located in the Czech Republic. Cadence gained around 260% returns from this investment. Investment in Hastings Technology Minerals: Cadence owns around 1.9% of Hastings, a rare earth asset in Australia. While the share price performance has been affected by the commodity market, Cadence sees potential upside in the asset as the market rebalances. Investment in Evergreen Lithium: Evergreen is an early exploration project in Australia, located near another substantial lithium deposit. Cadence sees potential in this asset and has already gained around 200% returns. Stake in Sonora Lithium: Cadence holds a stake in Sonora Lithium, located in Mexico. It is a multi-generational lithium project owned by Gangfeng Lithium. Cadence's strategy is to wait for the project to develop and potentially realize value in the future. Overall Portfolio Performance: Cadence's current portfolio has delivered around 330% returns, aiming for a 300-400% return across the entire portfolio. Amapá Iron Ore Project is Cadence Minerals' flagship project, including a mine, a 196-kilometer railway, and a deep-water port. Cadence Minerals, along with JV partners, acquired a 30% stake for $9 million, focusing on PFS and DFS to bring the project back to production.
